She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Bianca and Nellie Bianca (Cifalu); her husband John Tkacz; her sister Angela; and her siblings-in-law, Joseph Tkacz, Sr., Andrew Tkacz, Frank Hamm, Edward Staranchak, Fannie Bianca, Olga Staranchak, Olga Tkacz and Marian Yawin.
She is survived by: her son John Tkacz; her sibling Luann T. Davis; her daughter Annmarie Tkacz; her siblings, Sebastian Bianca and Josephine Marchinski; and her sisters-in-law, Sylvia Hamm and Carmel Tkacz. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
