She was predeceased by: her brother Steven D. Kulas, Sr.; and her nephew Steven D. Kulas, Jr.. She is survived by: her brother Stanley Kulas; her sister-in-law Patricia Kulas; and her nieces and nephews, Cynthia Kulas, Christine Kulas, Aileen Mannings (Mark), David Kulas and Christopher Mannings.
