She was predeceased by: her husband Kazimierz Stasiak. She is survived by: her daughter Yvonne Kaminski of Southington; her grandchildren, Adrian Kaminski of Boston, MA, Patrick Kaminski of Los Angeles, CA and Annette Kaminski of Southington; her sister Irena Budaj of Poland; her niece Maria Guarino of Norwich; and also Kristin Pitman. She is also survived by mother and devoted grandmother.
