He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul B. Sheridan and Mildred Sheridan (Johnson); and his brother Paul C. Sheridan. He is survived by: his wife Victoria "Vicky" Sheridan (Brezenski) of New Britain; his daughters, Laurie Sheridan of Plainville and Mirabai Sheridan (Karen) of Riverdale, NY; his grandson Nicholas Rinaldini; and his siblings, Maureen Iwanicki of Wallingford and Mark Sheridan (Jeanne) of Washington Depot, CT. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
