He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor Leslie (Pekrul); his parents, Harry Leslie and Florence Leslie (Korn); his son Scott P. Leslie; and his siblings, Marjorie Hunter, Douglas and Willis Leslie.
He is survived by: his children, Karyl Sadowski (Walter) of Newington and Kenneth Leslie, Jr. (Lynette) of Marlborough; his grandchildren, Allison Sadowski (Matt Cushing), Melissa Sadowski, Evan Leslie (Katelynn), Andrew Leslie, Brynn Leslie and Ethan Leslie; his great grandchildren, Eleanor, Nicholas and Lydia; his friend Ann Duncan; and his caregivers, Jason, Jeremiah, Monae, Rosemarie, Nas, Shannon, Rose, Taenna, Julia, Lauren, Jenn, Kathy, Danica, Ivy and Jessica Ann. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
