It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kazimierz Kolacz (New Britain, Connecticut), who passed away on October 8, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kolacz; his sons, Maciej (Monika) and Kamil; his mother Helena Kolacz; and his siblings, Tadeusz (Barbara), Andrzej (Jozefa) and Maria Skowron (Jan) of New Britain. He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews.
