She was predeceased by: her former husbands, Vincent Allen Fernandez and Theodore; and her brother Richard Chase. She is survived by: her sons, Richard Frederick (Holly) of New London, Paul Frederick (Emily) of Glastonbury and Craig Frederick (Laura) of New Britain; her great grandchild Kyle Frederick (Rebecca); and her children, Chase Frederick, Vivienne Frederick, Claire Van Dyck (Brandon), James Bevier Frederick, Kendall, Cole and Tyler Frederick.
