He was predeceased by: his wife Helena Goffa (Husiak); and his parents, Joseph Sr. Goffa and Michaelina Goffa (Lewandowski). He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Blint (Dwight F. Blint) of Bloomfield, CT and Joseph Peter Goffa, III (Kiera); his grandchildren, Emma Grace and Jacob Thomas of Clover; his niece Erika Carfi (Husiak); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Taylor and Trevor; his niece Melissa Pezik (Joseph Pezik); and also, Madison and Walter "Wally" Grudzien of New Britain.
