He was predeceased by: his parents, Vito Motta and Elena Motta (Lorefice). He is survived by: his children, Olivia Motta, Michael Motta and Thomas Motta; his brother Dennis Motta (Rachel); his uncles, Tony Lorefice (Rose) and Nello Motta (Lucilla); his cousins, Alicia Lorefice, Joey Lorefice, Linda Motta and Maria Chiara; and his former wife Tracy Motta.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home of Berlin (111 Chamberlain Hwy, Berlin, CT 06037). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul Church (485 Alling St, Berlin, CT 06037). A burial was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at the Maple Cemetery (1165 Worthington Ridge, Berlin, CT 06037).
