He is survived by: his wife Elsa Rapacki; his sons, Joseph Rapacki Jr. and Richard Rapacki; his grandchildren, Richard Jr., Tara, Jodi, Krista and McKenzie; his great grandchildren, Owen, Connor, Richard III and Olivia; and his niece Lilliam. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
