We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2022, at the age of 103, Joseph Hudson Sr. (New Britain, Connecticut), born in Birmingham, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hudson and Emma Driver Hudson; his wife Laura Mae Bufford; and his daughters, Minnie Jean and Barbara Ann.

He is survived by: his children, Joseph, Jr., Robert Charles (Diana) and Linda Ferguson (Clifford); and his sisters, Bernice Richardson, Rose Johnson and Gertrude Green. He is also survived by four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
