He was predeceased by: his brother Anthony Rivera. He is survived by: his parents, Jose Rios and Carmen Rivera; his children, Anjelica Rivera and Anthony Rivera; his grandson Kingston Diaz; and his nephew Joseph. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles; and many cousins.
