He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Lugo and Blanca Lugo (Gonzalez). He is survived by: his children, Blanca Diaz (Hector) of East Hartford, Jose Antonio Lugo Jr. (Teresa) of Bristol and Alberto Lugo of Georgia; and his sister Hayda Lugo (Pedro). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
