He is survived by: his children, Christopher McLean (Barbara) of Wolcott, Ryan McLean of West Hartford and Heather McLean of Bristol; his brother David McLean of Waterbury; and his grandchildren, Jack and Julia McLean. He is also survived by one niece and many cousins.
