He is survived by: his son Nicholas J. Kruczek; his siblings, Ellen Robillard (Roland) and Richard Kruczek (Debby); his nephew Godchild of Matthew Kruczek; his niece Tabitha Kruczek; his former wife Lorna Lazzaro; and his aunts, Hilda and Mary.
