John Fahey Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Fahey of New Britain, Connecticut, born in West Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on October 16, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though John may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those John touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fahey and Helen Fahey (Depia); his wife Gloria Fahey (D'Agostino); his son Lawrence "Butch" Fahey; and his former wife Barbara Fahey (Moroni).
He is survived by: his daughters, Diane Rosay (Jack), Catherine Derosier and Susan Torres (Jose); his stepson Michael D'Agostino; his brother Calvin "Kelly" Fahey; his caregiver Michael Johnson; and his close friends, Norman and Joanne Brochu. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandson.
