He was predeceased by: his parents, John MacFarlane and Alice MacFarlane. He is survived by: his wife Katherine; his sister-in-law Sandy Hayball (Jerry); and his aunt Evelyn Shaffer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
