She was predeceased by: her husband Jozef Swiatek; her son Chester Swiatek; her grandson Richie Swiatek; her parents, Jan and Zofia (Gondek); and her siblings, Stanislaw, Bronina and Agnieszka.
She is survived by: her children, Sophie Janowiec (Jan) of Plainville and Walter Swiatek (Maria) of New Britain; her daughter-in-law Marysia Swiatek of Berlin; and her grandchildren, Christopher Swiatek (Natalia Figueroa), Peter Swiatek (Lindsay), Renata Wawszkiewicz (Peter), Sylvia Janowiec (Ashon Austin), Daniel Janowiec (Sara), Alicia DeMaria (Mike), Christopher Janowiec (Amanda Kettle) and Violette Janowiec. She is also survived by 13 beautiful great-grandchildren.
