He is survived by: his daughters, Savannah Carvalho (David) and Stephanie Cyr (Joshua); his grandchildren, Mallory, Delilah, Matthew Carvalho, Avery and Gracelynn Cyr; his siblings, Brenda Laperuta (Nick) and Robert Nelson (Karen); his sister-in-law Anne Clark-Nelson; his close friend Cathy Teti; his pet Ash; his caregivers, Joanna, Michelles, Megan and Cindy; and also, Amanda, Timmy Schneider, Catherine Teti, Barbara Labriola (Bob), Anna Teti (Gerry), Gary Gibson, Tommy McDonnell, Joey Hannon, Tommy Bossie, Eugene Houle and John Trzinski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; many friends.
