He was predeceased by: his mother Luz Maria Lopez; and his siblings, Emilio Hernandez Jr. and Migdalia Rivera Hernandez. He is survived by: his father Emilio Hernandez; his wife Tracy Campagna; his daughters, Melonie and Jamie Hernandez; and his siblings, Wilfredo Cordova, Antonio Torres, Chuck Minion, Awilda Ayala, Elizabeth Hernandez, Iris Cordova and Hilda Hernandez. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
