She was predeceased by: her husband Mieczyslaw Chmielewski; and her son-in-law Henry Augustowski. She is survived by: her children, Tadeusz Chmielewski (Jadwiga), Janina Lasota (Stefan), Czeslawa Augustowski and Anna Nowicki (Jerzy). She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
