He was predeceased by: his parents, Joaquin and Francisca. He is survived by: his wife Josephine; his friend White Sand Beach; his children, Jack Cervera (Pat) of North Stonington, John Cervera (Brenda Thibeault) of Bristol, CT and Josephine Cervera of Waterford, CT.; his siblings, Juan Cervera (Rosita) of Orba and Pilar Ballester of Florida; his grandchildren, Shawn Cervera, Monique Cervera and Carrie Ann Reissner; and his great grandchildren, Faith Cervera, Riley, Dylan, Morgan Reissner and Madison Damiano. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
