She is survived by: her children, Carmen Luciano and Jaden Hernandez; her parents, Elba Iris Torres and Sergio Alfredo Delgado; and her siblings, Delvis Delgado, Alfredo Delgado, Mariel Delgado, Sergio Delgado Jr. and Ana Torres. She is also survived by her Godchildren and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
