He is survived by: his parents, Santa Vega of Puerto Rico and Ramon Lugo of New Jersey; his siblings, Jorge Lugo of Buffalo, NY, Ramon Lugo of New Britain and Arelys Lugo of San German; his niece Brianna Lugo Rubino; his nephew Christian Lugo; his goddaughter Desiree Rosa; and also Puerto Rico.
