He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanislaw Bregisz and Maria Bregisz (Kustra); and his brothers, Stefan and Wladyslaw. He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his children, Jacek (Beata), Waclaw (Monika) and Edyta Bregisz; his grandchildren, Michal (Monika), Maciej, Marika (Wojciech) and Mateusz (Ilona); his great grandchild Oliver; and his sisters, Amelia and Danuta.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Hubert's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, http://www.stjude.org, an organization which was very special to him.
