He was predeceased by: his parents, Serafina Zukowski (Matyszewska) and Aleksander Zukowski; and his wife Jadwiga Zukowska. He is survived by: his children, Mariusz Zukowski (Teresa) and Bozena Zukowski; his grandchildren, Joanne and Tomas Zukowski; his great grandchild Nicolette Saunders; his brother-in-law Czeslaw Studzinski; his niece Wieslawa Sicko; his niece Monika Studzinska; his nephew Adam Zukowski (Malgorzata); and also Tomasz.
