With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen M. Roby of New Britain, Connecticut, who passed away on December 30, 2020. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Helen M. Roby to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles J. Roby, Sr.; her parents, Avelino Gomes and Emma Gomes; and her siblings, Albert, Margaret, Charlie, Rose, Irene, Avelino Jr. and Ceilia.
She is survived by: her brother Arthur; and her children, Charlene Shorter, Lynn Roby Knapp (Vincent Knapp Jr.), Kim Roby Hollfelder (Richard Hollfelder), Peter Roby and Charles J. Roby Jr.. She is also survived by children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a small family-only burial will take place soon.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the New Britain Boys and Girls Club.
