He is survived by: his spouse Francisca Arroyo (Correa); his parent Maria Arroyo; his children, Hector Jr., David, Alberto, Jose, Maria and Iris; his siblings, Agripino, Alida and Ramona; and also, Lucy and Ruben. He is also survived by sister and brother; 17 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
