She is survived by: her children, Tadeusz Lukasik, Jr. (Anna) of East Berlin, Krystyna Chochlinski (James) of Bristol and Mariola Byczkiewicz (Ludwig) of Marion; her grandchildren, Diana Lukasik (Cliff), Cristin Patel (Rahul), Christopher Chochlinski (Grayson) and Brittany Lukasik; her great grandchildren, Brianna Clarke and Jaice Patel; her siblings-in-law, Stanley Lukasik (Krystyna) and Ursula (Marion Bielak); and also Mariya Serkis.
