She was predeceased by: her grandson Daniel Jerman. She is survived by: her husband Leon Jerman; her children, Lila Puzio (Stan), Bożena Guminiak (Gary) and Christopher Jerman (Jadwiga); her grandchildren, Dorothy Foster (Kevin), Christopher Puzio (Amanda), Isabel Meagher (Doug), Alex Guminiak (Taylor), Stephanie Guminiak, Matthew Guminiak (Evelyn) and David Jerman; and her great grandchildren, Noah, Carolina, Gabriella, Elijah Foster, Cody, Ty, Catherine, John Puzio, Annabelle, Dean, Caleb Meagher and Grayson Guminiak.
