She was predeceased by: her parents, Józef Pulaski and Stephania Pulawska (Kubel). She is survived by: her grandchildren, David and Phoenix; her children, Mary Ann Koprek, David, Phoenix and Steven Koprek of Wallingtord, CT; and her sisters, Jane Zera (Richard Zera) of Berlin, CT, Mary Pulawska of Rochester, NY and Helena Turek of Poland. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
