She was predeceased by: her husband Stephen Wantek; her parents, Frank Kubik and Jadwiga Kubik; and her grandson Christopher. She is survived by: her sons, Daniel Wantek (Debbie) of Rocky Hill, Steven Wantek (Karen) of Berlin and Richard Wantek of Windham; her grandchildren, Joshua (Katy), Nickole (Michael), Kevin and Matthew; her great grandchildren, Jacoby, Kyler, Joshua Jr., Makayla, Alivia and Emma; and her grandchild Cameron.
