She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Page and Grace Siebury Page; and her grandson Russell Ford Moses. She is survived by: her children, Francis Neligon, IV (Tracy) of Middletown, Colleen Neligon of Plantsville and Bryan Neligon of Plantsville; her grandchildren, Logan Moses (Kaelyn) of Enfield, Quinton Moses of Wallingford and Teagan Kakalow; her brother Walter Page (Barbara); her nephew Travis; and her niece Jaymn Page.
A memorial service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Walnut Grove Cemetery Chapel (817 Old Colony Rd, Meriden, CT 06451).
