She was predeceased by: her parents, William F. Gombatz and Katherine Gombatz (Siry). She is survived by: her siblings, Linda (Gregory Komer) and William (Leanne Gombatz); her nieces and nephews, Matthew Komer, Alyssa Murphy, Andrew Gombatz, Rachel Gombatz and Megan Gombatz; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kayla Murphy, Aliyah Murphy, Alex Komer, Landon Gombatz and Cooper Gombatz.
