He is survived by: his siblings, Etalo (Curly), Rudolph, Margaret (Chiarito), Ronald, Robert and Beverly (Laviero); his wife Marie Piquette; his children, Theresa Mazzarelli of Hopedale, Mass., Deborah Friss of Charlotte, N. C., Frederick Calcinari Jr. of Portsmouth, N. H., Thomas Calcinari of Torrington, Conn. and Michael Calcinari of Phoenix, Ariz.; his grandchildren, Dana Mazzarelli, Steven Mazzarelli, Erica Chaney (Mazzarelli), Robbie Calcinari and Jianna Calcinari; and his great grandchildren, Marianna, Noella and Estelle.
