She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Bylek and Anastasia Bylek (Sowa); her daughters, Charlene Perry and Sandra Belanger; her grandson Adam Belanger; and her siblings, Helen Geiger, Barbara Nowak and John Bylek.
She is survived by: her son George G. Reynolds (Carol Leach) of Cape Coral; her sister Nancy Kowaleski; her grandchildren, Michele Connelly, Jennifer Lavelle, Amanda King, Raenah Kelly, Sarah Wilson and Kristen Callahan; her caregiver Nancy Galarza; and also Eva. She is also survived by her six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
