She is survived by: her husband Edward Czapla; her sister Janina Lenczewski (Wladyslaw); her nieces and nephews, Zbigniew, Halina, Jerry, Danna, Robert, Anna, John and Marek; her godchildren, Danuta, Diana and Jerry; and her niece Iwona Sadowski (Zbigniew).
