She was predeceased by: her parents, Nimio Garcia and Maria Garcia (Sotero); and her siblings, Cesar Garcia, Alberto Garcia and Maria Antonieta.
She is survived by: her husband Walter; her daughter Maria Elena (Steve); her granddaughter Gabriella; and her brothers, Carlos Augusto (Adela) and Hugo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home (1276 Berlin Turnpike, Wethersfield, CT 06109). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Sorrows Church (79 New Park Ave, Hartford, CT 06106). A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at the St. Mary Cemetery - New Britain (1141 Stanley St, New Britain, CT 06053).
