It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Benjamin of New Britain, Connecticut, who passed away on July 23, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elsie Benjamin to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Benjamin; her son John Benjamin; her siblings, Samuel Hartunian and Arshlos Bedrossian; and her sister-in-law Rose Hartunian of New Britain.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Benjamin of New Britain, Ann Hawkes (Richard) of Weymouth, MA and Donna Benjamin of Berlin; her grandchildren, Ricky Hawkes, Ryan Hawkes, Michael Benjamin and Melissa Benjamin; her great grandchild Joshua; her sister Sada Hartunian of Iran; and her nephews, Arthur Hartunian of New Britain and Tony Karam of Berlin.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Joseph Church, 195 South Main St. New Britain.
