She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Slomski and Leocadia Slomski (Skoniecni). She is survived by: her husband Richard Valentukonis of New Britain, CT; her sons, Robert (Binh) of San Jose, CA and Mark Valentukonis (Joyce) of Wethersfield, CT; her brothers, Steven Slomski of Farmington, CT and Edward Slomski of Berlin, CT; and her grandchildren, Landon, Logan, Dylan, Emma, Gabriella and Abigail.
