He is survived by: his children, Katherine (Lou Rawden) of Darien, CT, Jeanne (John Anderson) of Cheshire, CT and Chris (Glynnis Scanlon) of Milford, CT; his grandchildren, Thomas A. Scanlon, Katie-Suzie, Louie Rawden, Zoe, Jack Anderson, Sara and Matthew Scanlon; his brothers-in-law, Steve Palen of Pompano Beach, FL, Michael and Sandy Palen of Mahopac, NY; and his foster siblings, Betty Kinahan and Bob Willoughby. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
