She is survived by: her mother Patricia Kulas (Remsen); her sisters, Chris Kulas of New Britain and Aileen Mannings (Mark) of Georgia; her nephews, David Kulas of New Britain and Christopher Mannings of Georgia; her friend Joseph Russo of Southington; and her caregiver Dr. Matthew Jaffa.
