He was predeceased by: his father Charles J. Probulis Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Jacobs Probulis; his wife Debbie Probulis (Scalise); his son Charles J. Probulis III (Jessica) of Branford; his mother-in-law Rose M. Scalise; his brother-in-law Robert Scalise; and also, Lisa, Tyler, Olivia, Keith Scalise, Elizabeth, Nicole and Anthony.
