It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carmen J. Mottola (New Britain, Connecticut), born in Southington, Connecticut, who passed away on February 21, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent John Mottola; and his son John Carmen. He is survived by: his parent Rose Mottola (Avitable); his wife Margaret Mottola (Soltis) of New Britain, CT; his children, Rosanne Vacca of Farmington, Guy Mottola (Johanne) of New Britain, CT and Michael Mottola (Jennifer) of Barkhamsted, CT.; his great grandchildren, Meghan Spurr and Scott Spurr; his sister Connie Coccomo (Thomas) of New Britain; and also, Kara, Nicholas Vacca, Laura Vacca, Charlotte, Ryan Vacca, Luke Mottola, John Mottola, Sarah Mottola, Christopher Mottola, Geoffrey Mottola and Cooper O'Connor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
