He was predeceased by: his wife Imelda; his sister Elzunia; and his father Wladyslaw (Walter). He is survived by: his daughter Colleen Rose Fal (Ashley); his granddaughters, Lily Ann and Renlee Rose; his mother Janina Anna; his siblings, Ewa, Mirek (Valerie) and Andrew Joseph; his nieces, Jillian Joane (Jack Speer), Zofia Elizabeth and Victoria Kathryn (Luther); his former wife Cheryl Lee Connelly; his friends, Dave Harris (Aye Aye Soe) and Houston; and also Bogdan.
In lieu of flowers donations in Bogdan's memory may be made to St. Josaphat's Ukrainian Catholic Church, where he had served as an altar boy and communicant.
