She is survived by: her son Michael Kordek MD (Theresa Dakay); her grandchildren, Christopher (Victoria Kordek) and Elizabeth Ann (Michael Elliot); and her great grandchildren, Autumn Rose Johansen, Michael Elliot, Hunter Elliot and Zaniyah Kordek.
