She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Dombrowik and Elsie Dombrowik (Mrozowski). She is survived by: her siblings, Daniel Dombrowik (Ann Margaret) of Middletown, Robert Dombrowik (Anna) of Wethersfield, Carl Dombrowik (Shaina) of Stafford Springs and Felicia; and her nieces and nephews, Victoria, Ben, Annabelle, Timothy, Kayleeanne and Caiden. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles and cousins.
