Jackson of New Britain, CT; her siblings, Elestine Nicholson of West Hartford, CT, Laverta Mobley of Bowling Green, KY and Raemond Martin of New York; her sister-in-law Clara Fort of Newington, CT; her cousin Elizabeth Miles of Macon, GA.; and her grandchildren, Jamal Campos, Ajamu Mayes, Marcella Jackson, Imaran Mayes, Rashida McCuiston, Jelani Mayes and Melvin Kelley IV. She is also survived by her thirteen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and God children.
