He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bowser and Stella Bowser; and his children, Barbara and Jeffrey Davis. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Bowser; and his daughters, Betty Draskinis (Rich), Susan Ross and Janice Dambowsky (Fran).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Buckmiller Ford Mengacci Funeral Home (82 Fairview Ave, Naugatuck, CT 06770). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
