She was predeceased by: her spouse Francis "Frank" Cannizzo; her parents, Joseph Pilaro and Frances Pilaro (Ficalaro); her son John Cannizzo; and her son-in-law Ray Chrzanowski.
She is survived by: her children, Rose-Ann Chrzanowski (Cannizzo), Joseph Cannizzo and Dr. Frank Cannizzo (Susan); her grandchildren, Karen Kuczenski (Shawn), Sean Cannizzo (Vanessa), Katie Cannizzo, Tricia Hegerty (Matt), Taiyo, Claire Cannizzo, Hannah and Sam Cannizzo; her great grandchildren, Brandon Kuczenski (Brittany), Tyler Kuczenski, Carter Hegarty, Madeline Hegarty and Saoirse Cannizzo; her great great grandchild Bria Kuczenski; her siblings, Dr. Joseph Pilaro and Frances Lisi Hees; and her daughter-in-law Pamela Ito. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
